Casa Clara Condominium Information

Each unit is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, central heat/airconditioning and a private patio or balcony.The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, cookware, glasses, dishes, etc. Linens and towels are supplied. Cable TV is provided in each unit and on-site Internet wireless access is available. All condos are decorated according to the taste of the individual owners.

Casa Clara is located on the Atlantic Ocean in the town of Key Colony Beach, Florida. The City of Key Colony Beach turnoff  is at mile marker 53.5 on the Overseas Highway.  Turn onto the Sadowski Causeway. At the end of the causeway, turn left on East Ocean Drive. Rental Information

Rental rates vary depending upon waterview or waterfront, the season of the year and the term of the rental.

Winter rates (January, February, March) : Start at $1115  per week.

Summer rates (April-December): Start at $ 794 per week.

Rental term: 2 week minimum.

Taxes: Local taxes are an additional 12.5%

Deposits: Rental deposits are required to secure all reservations.

Maximun Occupancy: Four persons per unit.

Pet policy: No pets are permitted for rentals.

Association rules: All renters are required to adhere  to the Rule of the Association.  These are available on request.
